Concerned about possible code infractions? 

 » Submit a Request for Action

To alert the City about a possible code enforcement issue, please submit a Request for Action form to the Code Enforcement Officer. This form is available online, in person from the Community Development Department (Justice & Municipal Center, Suite 300), or by mail or email by request to (253) 862-8602.

It is critical that the Request for Action form include the following information:
» The property address at which the code infraction(s) is/are occurring; and 
 » A brief description of the possible infraction.

The Request for Action form serves as a formal request for action by City staff. All complaints will be investigated and those determined to be in violation of Bonney Lake Municipal Code (BLMC) will be processed accordingly.

Junk Vehicles

The code defines and prohibits the parking of junk vehicles within a residential zone and describes the process for penalties, removal, and appeal.

Noise Complaints are the jurisdiction of the Police Department. To file a complaint, please call non-emergency dispatch at 1-844-821-8911 (toll free) or (253) 798-4721.
