2019 AWC Quality Communities Scholarship
The City of Bonney Lake is accepting applications to nominate a local student for the 2019 Association of Washington Cities (AWC) Center for Quality Communities Scholarship program. This $1,000 scholarship is available through a statewide competitive process for students who actively engage in their city government and/or community.
Eligible applicants must be eligible to graduate from high school in 2019, complete home school, or receive a GED in spring or summer of 2019; reside inside Bonney Lake city limits; plan to continue their education in the 2019-2020 academic year at an accredited college, community college, or trade school on a half-time or more basis; and have current or past involvement with city government or with a community/school leadership activity.
